We are currently in the process of moving out of our house in Massachusetts, and preparing for a move to Basel, Switzerland. So far, the timing has worked out well so that we are able to spend time with family and friends for the remaining part of summer before we actually move out of the country. All of our major furniture and belongings will be shipped in mid-July so that it will (hopefully) arrive around the same time we do at the end of August.
We are sad that we will be far from friends and family while in Europe. However, technology has made it so much easier to stay in touch! I'm looking forward to keeping this blog (my first!) to document our experience and share with you.
Hi Melissa! Got your cute "moving" card and I signed up with AJ's account to follow your blog! Have a great time - what a wonderful experience for your whole family. Sorry I will miss Allison's wedding this summer - school starts the week before - so tough time for me - I'm sure it will be lots of fun though! Would love to be able to come see you in Switzerland sometime - we'll see! Keep in touch - skype if you are ever lonely and want to connect with family! Be safe!
